Plan for a 1 hour session with your therapist 
All further appointments are 1 hour


Wear Comfortable clothes: 
Tank top: if you have a shoulder problem 
Shorts: if your have a knee problem


Remember to bring related paperwork such as:
An injury report:
If you are being seen for a work related injury
